At our core, we are obsessed with all things wood aged beers! We love the level of complexity and richness that wood adds to the flavor profiles of beer. We find ourselves constantly indulging with the finest barrel aged beers from all over the globe. This membership focuses on showcasing our range in creativity from our different style of beers, merch, and involvement in the community- all mingled together to provide you a very memorable experience.
$25 of every Membership sold will go to positively supporting survivors of human trafficking in our South Florida Community.
Our flagship beers will be aged in either a unique oak barrel sourced
throughout the world or an oak foeder that will compliment and enhance the
flavor of our flagships.
Foeder Aged Bohemian Pilsner | 4.9% ABV
Slightly sweet with a toasted biscuit-malt character along with a nice and crispy bitterness from the use of noble hops (Saaz). The foeder adds a luscious orange hue on the look, as well as subtle flavors of oak + vanilla.
Barrel Aged American Doppelbock
Dark, rich American Doppelbock, packed with deliciously smooth + sweet dark fruits (dates, plums and figs) and golden-brown biscuit flavors. Finished with subtle, yet satisfying warm notes to include layers of vanilla, oak,
and black pepper from the aging process.
Barrel Aged Stout | 10% ABV
Our luxurious flagship stout is full-bodied and has a deep ebony hue with a beautiful mahogany head. Balanced by its roasted barley + sweet flavors backed by strong notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, toffee, and espresso.
Barrel Aged Barley Wine | 10% ABV
This complex barleywine has a delicious malty sweetness with tastes of creamy caramel, toasted honey + vanilla. After the initial hit of sweetness, you get flavors of black pepper, star anise, pine, and light grass. This bright golden red barleywine crosses the palate deceptively
smooth and deceivingly strong.
